PhD in Law, has a certificate of professional competence issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus  (certificate No. 1138). Specialist in the field of Commercial, Corporate and Civil Law.



Law Department of the Belarusian State University, Minsk; Belarus, 2002 (graduated with honors). Prize-winner of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for gifted students (2002). Successfully defended his PhD thesis in 2006.

Legal experience:

Since 2002, Vadzim has been advising legal entities (incl. enterprises with foreign investment, representative offices of foreign companies) in the field of commercial law and represented clients in economic courts, courts of general jurisdiction and government agencies. His vast academic background in law enables him to find non-trivial, business-oriented solutions for clients in the most complex cases.



- Pre-grad internship with the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus (2001-2002) ;

- Fellow of the German Academic Exchange Service for practicing lawyers at the University of Tübingen and the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court (Germany) in 2003–2004 (under the direction of the Ministry of Justice of Nordrhein-Westfalen). Completed a course in German Law ;

- Internship with the Freshfields-Bruckhaus-Deringer bureau in Düsseldorf, Germany (2004) ;

- Internship with Friedrich-Alexander-University, Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany, within the framework of the European Union Tempus program (2009);

- Internship with the Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany (2014-2015).


Teaching Experience:

- Professor at Law Department of the Belarusian State University since 2006 to present (courses in Criminal Procedure and Institutional Structure of the European Union);

- as a visiting professor delivered lectures on the legal system of the Republic of Belarus at the Dalian University of Technology (China), Mykolas Romeris University (Lietuva), Deusto University (Spain), Kazakh National Ped. University (Kazakhstan).
